Monday, August 15, 2011 REMAX given national recognitionBy Mike Klein The Post-Bulletin, Rochester MN RE/MAX was recently recognized for providing the highest overall satisfaction for both home sellers and for home buyers among national full-service retail firms by J.D. Power and Associates. For the home buying experience, three factors were considered: agent/salesperson, office and a variety of additional services. Four factors were examined for the home-selling experience: agent/salesperson, marketing, office and a variety of additional services. Details from the study indicate that on a scale of 1,000, home buyer respondents ranked RE/MAX with a score of 805 and home sellers put RE/MAX on top at 791.
